LyoHarmonyHPV Test

The LyoHarmony HPV Test fully meets the requirements of the WHO TPP project, is more efficient and economical, and the lyophilized reagent is more convenient for transportation, resulting in more stable test results.

LyoHarmonyHPV Test is a single-use qualitative in vitro test for the detection of DNA from 12 high risk human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58 and 59 in patient cervical specimens with Automated Workstation for Nucleic Acid Extraction and PCR Test (AutraMic mini4800 Plus) to realize automatic sample detection, including extraction, purification, amplification, detection procedures. The test utilizes amplification of target DNA by real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) of 12 high risk HPV types in a single analysis. The test specifically identifies HPV genotypes 16, 18 and 45 but does not differentiate between HPV genotypes 18 and 45; it simultaneously detects other high-risk genotypes at clinically significant infection levels. LyoHarmonyHPV Test is indicated for use as a first-line primary screening test in the diagnosis of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in the following populations: women, individuals with cervix and those living with HIV.
