Monkeypox viru is an Orthopoxvirus that causes the disease monkeypox in both human and animal. This virus is mainly found in tropical rainforest of central and west Africa. Liferiver Monkeypox Virus Real Time PCR Kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for detection of monkeypox virus as well as a given concentration positive control for quantitative analysis of virus concentration. lt can work with various Liferiver automation systems for convenient efficient detection: with the DNA extraction buffer included, it can also be used for flexible on-site detection. The Monkeypox Virus real time PCR kit is used for the detection of Monkeypox Virus in lesion exudate or serum samples by using real time PCR systems.
