Servicebio Paraffin Embedding Station features full-temperature-zone control, ensuring uniform heating across the wax reservoir, holding tank, worktable, and forceps standno clogging or wax adhesion.
With two dispensing modes (foot pedal or proximity sensor), both hands remain free to position specimens, minimizing spills and contamination.
Programmable operation includes timed start/shutdown and memory functions, while power-off protection safeguards experimental continuity. Its one-piece molded shell and isolated workspace/control panel prevent wax leakage into circuits, reducing downtime.
When paired with the SWE-JBL5T Paraffin Embedding Cold Plate, the system enables high-throughput, high-quality embedding, transforming passive waiting ("for wax to harden") into an efficient assembly-line workflow.
